bow zon questions

im curious to know, do things like cb, life leace, prevent monster heal, ect worc on bowzons?
i plan on using

faith or windforce (whichever i think is better)
2x raven or 1x raven/blood ring
fort ds
valk helm/vamp gaze/dream helm
nos belt
laying of hands/bow zon gloves/dracs
gores/waterwalks
hoghlords/maras/blood ammy

(any suggestions)

Im not the expert on bows but faith seems to be your stronger, maybe windforce on swich to try them side by side. :) You would get enough AR from dex which is where i would like to think most your stat pts would be going. the more dex you have the more ed from it you get i believe it is a 1pt:1% ratio. so rings would still be upto you but iwould let blood go for a soj. dual ravens i think is a bit of a waste cause you gt the cannot be frozen from one anyway, dont need 2 imo. any gloves with life/mana leach and a skill pt or 2 and even maybe a good IAS as well. as far as the rest i wouldnt know much. I would suggest you go check on 7th's glass cannon guide. hes got great suggestions for any zon in it but its ment for every stat pt to go into dex :)

Indeed, Life Leech is extremely key to Bowzons.

And having 2 Ravens is unnecesary unless you are making a Glass Cannon. There are 2 guides on this forum, 1 for a Glass, 1 for a Faith speedzon, look at them both to see what you like better.

Yes, the various stuff listed works with bows. CB works at half effectiveness, OW at half effectiveness in pvp, procs "on attack" don't work.


Is this pvm or pvp?

Pvm windforce kicks faith's *** hands-down, pvp the reverse is true. I wouldn't bother with expensive blood craft rings or a massive damage setup for pvm, and instead make sure your resistances and leech are up to scratch. The 3 listed ammies are all phail, cat's eye for pvp or atma's for pvm is where it's at.

Pvp; 7 frames, damage and frw is what you aim for.

hmmmm id still like to know the formula for blood ring (well i know the formula but obviously im doing something wrong). thatnks for the info on faith vs windforce b/c i am pvm. why is cats eye better than highlords? highlords gives 20 ias, 1 all skills, some deadly strike, and another thing or 2 i cant remmeber. im having a hard time doing your build with no added stats in strength since most of my gear with str, needs str to be equiped, and i cant find the ias/ed jewels mentioned (this particular char is sp).....anyway thanx for the info all of you

im finding that i dont agree with GA in an amazon build thats pvm, for example you can shoot 1 arrow at a trget and do 2k dmg, or you can shoot 10 (strafe) and 1k dmg each, just makes better sense to me to put the other 19 points in a passive skill....i might be wrong though and ga gets up to insane dmg compared to strafe when maxed so correct me if im wrong

PS. i love the way you wrote ur guide v-iota, siple and straight to the point with none of the useless strategy guide and crap

Thanks for the props Kakashi, GA in my build is no longer suggested as i remade her, i went with multiple arrows (since im purely pvm). As a note, i didnt make her to be a pure killin machine, just wanted to beef up the dex w/o a single str point.

If you're pvm, atmas blows any other amulet out of the water, unless you're using WWS.
