Amazon Increased Attack Speed Table: This can be important for in Person vs Person mainly but is also something to look at sometimes for Person vs Monster. Person vs Person you will want 30% or more Increased Attack Speed. 30% is the bare minimum you'll want which is considered very slow attack speed still. Thanks to MilkmanAl for the information. Avoid (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/amazon-passive.shtml#avoid)- Grants a chance to move out of the way of a missile attack while standing still. 1 Point(s) in the following skills:
Valkyrie (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/amazon-passive.shtml#valkyrie)- Summons a powerful Valkyrie warrior to fight by your side. The Valkyrie is usually not very good at anything but being a decoy to lure monsters into a group to allow you to use Lightning Fury to kill the crowd. I personally don't use this Valkyrie at all since my Mercenary does a better job but its all self experience with using it. Give it a try and see if you like it or not. Required Level: 30

Items That I Prefer Over The Rest For PvM:
Helms: Harlequin Crest (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/helms/elite/armor/harlequin-crest.html) - For the +Skills, +Life/Mana, Damage Reduced, Magic Find, +Attributes. When Socketing your Helms base it on what your lacking on; Examples are Fast Hit Recovery, Resistance, Increased Attack Speed, and other ones. If you want a little more damage increase along with -3-5% to enemy resistance then socket a Rainbow Facet.
Amulet: Mara's Kaleidoscope (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/amulets/mara-s-kaleidoscope.html) - +Skills, +Attributes, +Resistance

Shields: Stormshield (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/shields/items/elite/armor/stormshield.html) - Best shield to use against Melee. Spirit (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/ladder-only/items/1-10-runewords/spirit-runeword.html) - For Switch and Far Range Combat.
Rings: Ravenfrost (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/rings/items/raven-frost.html) and Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/rings/items/bul-kathos-wedding-band.html) - Best combo that I've founded to work.
Belts: Thunder Gods (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/exceptional/belts/armor/thundergod-s-vigor.html) and Razortail (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/exceptional/belts/armor/razortail.html) - Great belts depending on the situation. T-Gods for when I need the Absorb against Souls (Act 4/5 Monster) and Razortail for the pierce it gives making Lightning Fury perform a lot better.
Boots: War Travelers (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/exceptional/boots/armor/war-traveler.html) - Good boots for PvM or PvP offering great Mods.
Charms: Hellfire Torch (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/charms/hellfire-torch.html), and Annihilus (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/charms/annihilus.html) - Definitely will help greatly. Charms with life, Mf, FHR, Mana, and Resist are some of the choices to use. I used Java Gcs and they do really help but are not absolutely needed.
Switch Weapon and Shield: Call to Arms (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/items/1-10-runewords/1-10-runewords/call-to-arms-runeword.html) One-Handed Weapon, and Spirit Shield (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/ladder-only/items/1-10-runewords/spirit-runeword.html) Along with 2nd set of Titan's Revenge or ThunderStrokes
PvP Items Setup: There are so many setups I could list but again this guide is getting a bit long so I'll try to include multiple options. But if I don't then just remember that there is many choices.
Helms: Griffon's Eye (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/circlets/griffon-s-eye.html), Harlequin Crest (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/helms/elite/armor/harlequin-crest.html), Andariel's Visage (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/helms/elite/armor/andariel-s-visage.html), and Many more choices. When Socketing your Helms base it on what your lacking on; Examples are Fast Hit Recovery, Resistance, Increased Attack Speed, and other ones. If you want a little more damage increase along with -3-5% to enemy resistance then socket a Rainbow Facet. (Griffon's Eye is the best choice if you want your damage to be increased by a big amount)
Amulets: Mara's Kaleidoscope (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/amulets/mara-s-kaleidoscope.html), Highlord's Wrath (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/amulets/highlord-s-wrath.html), Rare/Crafted Amulet, and other great choices. (Cat's Eye (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/amulets/the-cat-s-eye.html) is another choice which can benefit this character if you need more Faster W/R, Dexterity, and etc)
Armors: Chains of Honor (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/items/1-10-runewords/1-10-runewords/chains-of-honor-runeword.html), Peace (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/items/1-11-runewords/peace-amazon-runeword.html), Fortitude (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/ladder-only/items/1-10-runewords/fortitude-runeword.html), Arkaine's Valor (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/elite/chest/armor/arkaine-s-valor.html), and other good choices. Weapon/Shield Switch:
Weapon: Call To Arms (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/items/1-10-runewords/1-10-runewords/call-to-arms-runeword.html)- provides Battle Orders (http://www.diablo2.com/article/warcries/skills/classes/barbarian/battle-orders.html)/Battle Command (http://www.diablo2.com/article/warcries/skills/classes/barbarian/battle-command.html) to increase your Life/Mana and give +1 to all skills for a certain durance of time. Mostly used for Person vs Person but can work for Person vs Monster if you have it. (For Person vs Monster you could use a 2nd set of Titan's Revenge (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/class-specific/amazon/titan-s-revenge.html)/ThunderStrokes (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/class-specific/amazon/thunderstroke.html) with a 2nd shield to give a better performance outcome in certain situations.

Mercenary Section for Person vs Monster: If you decide to use a Mercenary. There can be many choices for this Mercenary section. Most if not all their equipment you should try to get Ethereal (except bows can't be ethereal) since those type of items will not lose durability and offer better Defense for them.
Act 1 Mercenary: Different elements to choose from: Fire, and Cold. Both have the skill Inner Sight to lower enemies defense. Great if you plan on Far Range backup but tend to die fast if gained up on. With the bow Faith they gain the aura Fanaticism which will greatly increase overall performance for you and your mercenary. Most if not all their equipment you should try to get Ethereal (except bows can't be ethereal) since those type of items will not lose durability and offer better Defense for them. Many great items to try out there so don't let theses only be your choices.

1 Point(s) in the following skills:
Dodge (http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/amazon-passive.shtml#dodge)- Grants a chance to move out of the way of a melee attack while standing still.

Switch Weapon and Shield: Call to Arms (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/items/1-10-runewords/1-10-runewords/call-to-arms-runeword.html) One-Handed Weapon, and Spirit Shield (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/ladder-only/items/1-10-runewords/spirit-runeword.html)
Shield: Spirit (http://www.diablo2.com/article/runewords/ladder-only/items/1-10-runewords/spirit-runeword.html), Lidless Eye (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/shields/items/exceptional/armor/lidless-wall.html), and Any other +1 shields.
Helm: Recommended Helms: Either Vampire Gaze (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/helms/exceptional/armor/vampire-gaze.html), Crown of Thieves (http://www.diablo2.com/article/uniques/items/helms/exceptional/armor/crown-of-thieves.html), or Guillaume's Face (http://www.diablo2.com/article/sets/items/helmets/expansion-only-sets/armor/guillaume-s-face.html).
