thunderstorm is a poor pvm killing skill.. so, i doubt it'll fare well in pvp..

Enchant Maxed, with warmth Maxed 1 pt in fire mastery
Mana cost: 44
Duration: 600 Seconds
Attack Rating: +191%
Fire damage: 249 - 325 (ø287.5)
[Synergy] Warmth: +180% Fire damage (9% / Lvl)

Thunderstorm maxed 1 pt in lightning mastery
Mana cost: 19
Deals damage every 1.6 Seconds
Duration: 184 Seconds
Lightning damage: 292 - 441 (ø366.5)
Radius: 11 Yards

These numbers are figured without + to any skills. but for base damage dont seem like a whole lot. Besides this leaves you with 41 skill points left. if your going to melee with enchant, you might need energy shield and telekinesis. I wouldnt think this would work too well in pvp though i dont pvp but i dont see it working pvm at all.

Ya, you just wouldn't be dishing out enough damage.

The thunderstorm has helped me out in duels actually. It doesn't always do any damage, but against those it does, it can be enough to make them become careless in an attampt to damage you, which is when you strike back at them ;)

It's quite useful against all characters because it has a stun effect, so the opponent gets into recovery mode (fhr). But the damage output is way to small to be effective, unless you have a infy sova sorc, then your TS could be quite effective versus low lifers like sorcs, necs and some amazons.
