Program to re-build talent tree?

Is there any program out there that allows me to rebuild my talents? I hate it when I accidentally click a talent into place when trying to follow a build only to find out that I screwed the whole thing up.

that covers hero editor,
another program that one could use for such a thing is Zonfire, that one is easy to use for basics.
Keep in mind use of these other then for testing purposes is somewhat considered cheating and not looked highly upon.

Indeed, just remake your character, theres a reason they don't let you change it :P
