Hello.
I first apologize for my bad English writing.
I wanted to know:
1) is much better chrams offensiv or combat skill? :confused:

2) What's the difference between the two would have in combat? I said that the difference between the two in terms of practical use?. :confused:

I used to champion hammerdim PvM.
Item my is: hoto, shako, HoZ, enigma, Soj, seraphinhim, Sand storm, etc. ...

Well as far as I've seen, most people stick with combat skill gcs (haven't made a real pally in a long time). Offensive charms would only increase your Concentration while Combat would increase both hammers and your Holy Shield. I would assume raising hammers would be better damage-wise than conc seeing as it should already be maxed and the +skills from items certainly help, but I'm not an expert.

Combat Gcs boost your hammer damage
Offensive Gcs boosts all your offensive aruas, including Concentration.
Combat Gcs gives more damage in the long run as Offensive Gcs do boost Blessed Aim but the Synergies only count on hard points placed in.

I've seen pvm people that actually prefer offensive gcs because they're cheaper and the aura effects your party.

It is true that combat damage gcs perhaps more damage to hammer, + sacred defence shield.
But offensive gcs give me synergies.
I chose those offensive not for the cost.
But because I said that the aura concentration was best for hammerdim :D

Concentration gave greater chance of attack is not interrupted:)

1. +skills from items won't increase your damage thru synergies. but it will still increase your aura ed for higher hammer dmg.

2. the interruption doesn't apply on your hammer casting.

3. and there's a rule of thumb whereby if you have high skill ed, make sure your base damage is high as well. and vice versa. this is why combat skillers are preferred since they'll most likely increase your total hammer damage than offensive skillers.

alright you guys lost me with the synergy thing....when i make an hdin and im looking for more dmg, i use tearhaunch boots b/c they have +points to vigor....that always increases my dmg so unless +skills to a specific skill is considered a "hard point" then i have to disagree with you guys

only hard points counts towards synergy damage. ie, you have to click (invest) on the synergy skill itself to get such bonus. +skills from gear, won't count towards it, inclusive of your +vigor in tearhaunch.

ie;
assuming all equipment the same except for boots.. a hammerdin with max BH, concentrate, vigor and BA will have the same damage with another hammerdin with the same maxed skills + wearing tearhaunch.

if you dont mind i'd like to be a little more specific with the original question...with a zealer, would pcomb really be better than an offensive gc? im talking over all dmg

imo, neither.

a sharp gc (ie max damage/ar) with good secondary mods fits better (i'm assuming zealer = plain fanatic zealots)

as for elemental zealots however, offensive gcs.

atm i have a couple 130 ar/12fhr gcs, you think thouse will do the trick with a few 20 lifers?

well i think i have 4-5 of the gcs and i could fill my inventory with the 20 lifers (if only they were 3/20/20 lol)

excuse but, time ago in a debate.
I asked if it was better for the hammerdim, the aura concentration or (conviction or fanatism hours do not remember) to get the maximum.
Since the second uara gave me a higher concentration of damage.
I was responded to use aura concentration,
because even if I had less damage, grzie has this aura had more chances that the shot went off (to center)

That's why chosen Gcharms offensive to get synergy of concentration and blessed
AIM

But since I have taken 1 for aura of combat, when I put the damage ininvetario hammer has increased greatly.
Here was my doubt
I serch the maxximus for mypaladin:)
