Oak would lose since it does no dmg IMO.

HoW does no dmg either, it increses yours.

if your in Werewolf or Werebear form you already get life bonus from Lycanthropy skill so I would use HOW for increased damage.

But common sense tell you that if you have strong enough defenses for any boss or monster, bring that damage up.
