hey guys.. ive read that this is one good weapon used by a necro... where do i find this?.. is this a crafted item?.. im currently a lever 27 necro on mid- act 2 ....can someone help =)

Actually its a unique wand. as far as a weapon its not that good, but the mods it comes with are great for a necromancer. Just as with any wand, this one does hardly any damage so using it offensivly would be a waste of healing potions.

Here is the actual wand, followed by links to the other necro wands. depending on which type of necro you are the wand you use will differ, but it is a great starter wand.

thanks for the tip DarkPrinceLoki.. =) ive read that some of these items for me to acquire, i have to be a higher level.. so ill experiment on what i currently have and find what playing style suites for me the best...

Until you can find a wand that suits you I would use a +3 to skellies, if it has +to mastery or golem, curses such as decrep, iron maiden, or amp damage, revive, or summon resist it can help you through nm and hell.

Also Arm of King Leoric is the best summoner wand but can be hard to find.

Nope, the only place to get uniques and sets (and rares too, apart from gambling) is from monster drops, which, unfortunately, are rather low in chance.

The only way to acquire uniq items is by killing monsters, and hoping they drop one. You can improve the chance that a uniq item will be dropped by using items that give a +to %chance to find magic items. Also, try killing bosses instead of random monsters, they usually drop better items.

if u gonna be a melee mancer (im a melee macer with lots of summoning and no curses and only 1 posion and bone spell) i would suggest a lvl 45 wep i have...its called Grims Burning Dead Grim scythe.....check my intro for its stats....
