Clan WoL recruiting

I want to make an 8 person hardcore guild. All the people that want to join have to create a brand new level 1 character.The general idea is that we will be totally pvm based, and we will work together as a team to get through all the quests and acts. As it is played in hardcore mode, it will greatly test the skill of the player and the teamwork of your companions. I will not allow any of you to bug rush to hell or to join other games and level up in them. We will be strictly independent. No if's no but's, thats the rules. Also no xfering of items from your existing characters to your new WoL characters.The only items you will be able to use are the ones we find in our own games. Items will not be traded amongst other Sjm guild members, gear will be distributed freely amongst us depending on who needs it most. Everyone will be counting on each other to survive, so good teamwork skills are what im looking for.

Here's the low-down:

-The clan will be based on USWest Hardcore LADDER

-I will be the leader. My voice is final on all decisions made in-game. And I will need a second in command.

-Everyone should be able to trust eachother.

-I realize that people will be on at different times, we will have to do our best to make playing times as smooth as possible.

-You will be required to have the Sjm initials in your characters name. For example, you could have, 'Example_WoL' or 'WoL_Example'

-Our clan channel will be in the channel Warriors of Light

-There must be characters from the seven different classes with two amazons, i will be an amazon, so that leaves the Necromancer,Barbarian,Sorceress,Paladin,Druid,Assa sin and Amazon positions to be filled by seven candidates.

-I don't realy have a plan if people die. The general idea when playing harcore is to avoid dying:D. Keep your fingers ever ready at the escape key is the advice I can give you. It might just save your life, infact it will.

I was interested, up to the point where you said the characters have to be tagged. I'd like to play an 8-person untwinked HC game, but not actually join any clan/guild for it since I'm happy where I am already.

Also, it might be better to get a group of 10-12, because there's just no way there'll be 8 people on at a time at any given time, and some will probably die.

If you change your mind about the tags, I'd join as a trapper. Dual-claw heavy vit 'tank' type trapper.

I was intrested till the point where u said ur the leader! Cant be a team or full trust if ppl r like listen to me only, im the boss dont work that way bro. Leadership comes from treating each other equal, and putting urself last. I'f ur thread didnt come off so demanding to ur the head man you would get many more post. Not trying to be hatefull im just saying thats how it inturrpeted to me sry bro. i love to play Uswest ladder hc if u change some ideas myself and 2 others would gladly play with u. gl
