PvP blizz sorce Question

:confused:Would it be better to wear 1.coh//SS shield or 2.Perf ormus//sanctuary? setup 1. has res//DR setup 2. has res//more damage and do blizz pvp sorces have high fcr?

I do believe PvP Blizzers have 105 Fcr at almost all times. 200 Fcr would be unneccesairy because Blizzard is a timed attack.
I would take setup two. IMO you don't really need DR as a Sorceress. Res and Damage is better :)

Haha this is a noob proclaimation, but when my friend equipted full tal with an ice faucet in every piece that could be socketed, It did good damage and good res. plus the other bonuses,
