About the Bone SUmmoner...Is it a viable build?
If yes...how am I suppose to invest those skills? I am planning to max RS and SM..but then, I dont know is it a good choice or not..
Anyone here have the experience on this build?

Bone are good for pvp
pvm a little more hard to play, but still possible. You would want to max 1 or the other bone spirit or spear, put 1 pt in armor and use the synergies to pump that, synergies give more to armor then armor does, strange i know but its true. and from there a few curses and such and your set.

I just tested this on single player, yes it is completley viable, i have 3.9k bs and skelies do around 500 dmg (way more with conc and might) put ur skills like this
20 bone spear
20 bone spirit
20 skeletal masterie
20 skeleton (the warrirors not mages)
20 bone wall
1 in prequistes
1 decript (although i never use it you might want to)
Gear -
Helm - I use shako soketed with ber (if you want more fcr use a 3 pnb/20fcr or 2 nec/20fcr/dex/str/res circlet).
Body armor - Enigma Mage plate (teleport FTW!)
Weapon - 8 Bone spear/ 1 revive mad einto runeword white
Gloves - Trang (fcr, 2 curses what could be better?)
Shield - Ber'd Darkforce ( fcr and such necro skills)
Amulet -Maras (better option is fcr pnb ammy with res str and dex)
Belt - ARACH (best caster's belt, 20 fcr 1 all skills!)
Rings - 2x sojs
Boots - Marrowwalk or treks
Charms - necro torch, anni, 5x fhr pnb gcs (to hit 80 fhr 6 more for break point) 4x pnb life gcs and 2x fhr scs and fill rest of invintory with all res scs
Merc -
Weapon - Pride Cryptic axe
Body armor - Bramble
Helmet - Crown of ages (soketed with 2x ber)
Stash - Um'd Homun ( res / higher block) Life/mana scs, Verdungos.
Over all i do 3954 bone spear damage
3447 bone spirit damage
Skeletons do 503 dmg (around 1.5k dmg with auras)
34% damage reduction
75 all res with um'd homun and about 30 without
Enclosing - he is by far the most fun charecter ive played, he is VERY viable in pvm and ive never tested him in pvp, im sure he'll do well in that department as well :)

I will start working on my guide, but to briefly expand on kwittstruck's comments:
20 raise skeleton
20 skeleton mastery
20 bone spirit (or spear)
20 bone prison (or wall)
1 clay golem, 1 amp damage, 1 golem mastery, 1 summon resist, 1 teeth, 1 bone armor, 1 corpse explosion
Rest into bone wall
Enough str for equipment
Enough dex for max block w/Homonculus
Rest of points into vit
no energy
The point of this guy is surviving solo hardcore, not necessarily killing everything but SURVIVING. Lag deaths were killing too many of my hc characters so I designed this guy to be as hardy as I could make him. Skeletons run in front of potential threats along with the merc(might) and clay golems can be cast right in front of harassers. Bone armor adds less than its synergies, so only one point there but max synergies gives him a good buffer against the undead stygian dolls in the durance of hate. Bone prison is simply great for stalling attackers, and it lives longer and is easier to use than wall. I chose spirit over spear because it deals higher damage to bosses and CE already covers area-of-effect damage pretty well with a few +all skills, but that is a matter of personal preference. A spear variant may have problems with bosses, however. Regardless to beat most bosses will require at least one recasting of skeletons; simply open a town portal, wp to cold plains, summon more skeletons, then go back through the TP (DO NOT OPEN ANOTHER ONE). Eventually you will want a few miscellaneous skills like revive, decrepify, lower resists (yes it helps bone spirit and spear damage), but you can pick up a wand which adds to these skills rather than wasting valuable synergy points getting to them. Corpse explosion and amplify damage are definitely cooler the more points you put into them, but technically only their radii change, not the spell effect, so it is alright to leave them at one and let your +skills get them where you need them to be.
Finally there are a few areas to look out for as they are particularly deadly to this char, namely mephisto's durance (undead styg dolls), Nihlathak (corpse explosion), chaos sanctuary(iron maiden) and Diablo (pink lightning).
Obviously this is only a start, not the complete guide, but if you see any glaring mistakes or have any comments they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading!
