Ele Druid Question

For my Ele druid, should I go for the high FCR BP, 164 ish I think it is, or should I go for the max block using a pelt and everything? I already have the FCR one and I am thinking of remaking him to be MB. Should I?

Go max block but dont use a pelt. There are way too many cheaper and better alternatives than a pelt.
