Whats Wrong With my Bone Nec (DMG)?????

I've got a question.

My bone necro is lvl 80.

He uses:
Maras for 2+ skills/res
Perf ap nigma
hoto and a 7 bs white in stash
spider
2 fcr rings with other mods/2 sojs in stash
treks
trang gloves
9xpnb gcs 3 of them have 12 fhr rest are 45 lifers
anni with perf res and 15 or so stats
6/6/2 cta flail and a spirit for switch
a boneflame in stash as well as a homunculus and 35 fcr spirit mon
my bo is lvl 20
my bonespear is lvl like 53
his dmg with hwite is only 4.8k
with hoto its 4k
my friend claims to have 6k with almost same gear
my skills are mxxed except bone wall
which adds approximatly 50 dmg per lvl so 20x50 is 1000 still
so 4.8k+1k= 5.8k will a 8 bs white make the difference?

+1 bspear should bump it by 140 or more dmg also does he have a torch cause you ddint list it or i may be blind...:o

My current Bs dmgh is 6.2k i lvled to lvl 95 with max fcr,86+fhr,and mb,so yeah i got 8 bs white i do have torch and anni! yeah thx guys.
