Crashes!!!

I've been having this problem for a couple of days... I'm on single player, hell difficulty, and about to fight the ancients. there's always the same problem there - the game crashes and i get this:

it happens every time.. i had it once in tal rasha's tomb also, but this happens every time. what's the problem? anything i can do about it?

yep a trapsin. still that aint got anything to do with it :)

iirc, there's a known bug whereby the game crashes when you cast cloak of shadows in arreats.. maybe that's the cause. i experienced it once.

try playing without cos and see whether that'll solve your problem.. =)

lol. I have never seen 3 socketed andy's visage . How is that possible if u dont use editors gore deity?

Try to re-install Diablo! Maybe on a different harddrive if you have more than one! It helped me out, when I got errors all the time. And the error you get, is one of the errors I got too!

thanks saracen85 ill try that. and by the way guys take it easy! i'm not denying i used an editor a couple of days ago. just i forgot to change the signature here :) nothin to be poofed about... i'm only single player anyway and that's the only thing that's not regular :) the site is updated for this (http://www.geocities.com/goredeity/gear.html)... cheerio! :)
