How much vitaslity does your bow amazon have?

Hey, I knwo that msot of points go into dex, but how much vitality does your bow amazon have including all items, torches, everything put on?

The last bowie I built had ~70 vit after gear, 20 hard (i.e. zero invested).

Ive never built one, how do you get around the gear for it if your str is just sitting at 20?

Always collect str charms and keep them for future use. Best str charms are +2scs & +5lcs... any char i make has no str for any purpose. IMO, adding str is a waste of stat points. It may be rough in the low stages of your clvl, but in the long run, the wait is well worth it. This is why i keep low, mid uniques and some useable runewords when i am progessing.

Ive played multi over hamachi in classic before which i liked cause i literly can choose who plays too. with out the lag of bnet, but i am on 56k so lag is an issue online anyway.

My bowzon has around 600 life, i don`t think i`ve put a single pt into Vitality. She is only lvl 73 though. She dies quickly when struck in hell... She can take two or maybe four hits.
My internet-connection isn`t very stable so it`s a nerve game every time i play with her ^_^

Life like that needs mass leech, i use dracs for the life tap... leeching power is 27% on my zon.

Eh, my bowie was a decent tank thanks to ridiculous amounts of leech. 40% leech ftw.

I used to use faith, but wf wins over it, no chant either... i get the xtra boost from my merc faith... among other charms i have on.

What gear do you use? Your damage looks Very good :)

Because ill have a faith to with all the other bow ama stuff and ill do 8k on ga and strafe is around 6 but 12k on attack.. Man ill really want to se your gear and charms..

Well, all i can say is, windforce... the other items u have to guess... its really simple once you done the math... as i mentioned, i done the comparison between faith & wf... and well, wf won... despite what the faith offers, wf puts out more. Bow gcs do you no good either. ;)

Windforce, fort (lol 9 frames), cat's eye, max dam charms.

Standard WF build hits ~9k max. A fort and rogue's faith can put you at 12k pretty easily.

WOW, I've been building zons for years and I thought I was pretty good at it. But my dmg doesn't touch yours. I see why with all the dex. Notta to strength. Interesting. I'm gonna try that out.

In order to make that build effective, you need a 20xx torch and 20xx anni. Yes your res will suck in hell, but that is not primary. Decent IAS, mass leech (life & mana), damage are priority.

Ya, you've got me studying my set ups and looking around at what else is out there. I did figure that to have that much dex your res has to be very bad in hell. My res is max in hell, but my dmg tops out around 8k. I'm gonna figure this out...LOL. Any chance you'll post screen shot of your gear? Make it a lil easier on me?:D

LOL....Thats almost exactly what I figured, except for the andys. Still not sure how you got 134 str to use the windforce with that set up. I figured using a giant skull with 2 fals or 2 str gems, ( can't remember which one gives str atm). That would give +55 str. With out that I couldn't figure out how to make it work:confused:........ hummmm, I guess you may be using str charms, but man that would take a lot of charms.:eek: Not to mention you boosted your dex 110 points with gear. I admit I'm at a loss.....:o

Items in this order:
Base + Torch + Anni + Gc = 66str
Dracs + Nos + 66str = 96str
Travs + 96str = 106
Andy + 106str = 136str

Slap on Fort and WF ;)

Why would anyone use str charms? The life gained from str charms and saving those points for vit pale in comparison with using life charms and just place hard points in str. Even a barbs 4 life per vit points pales compared to using life charms :p

For your Res problem, how about Pre-buffing with a Treachery runeword armor =D ? It gives lvl 15 Fade.

That won't work with a zon!! You have to get hit........... and hit a lot for treachery to kick in. Only 5% chance when struck. Zons don't get struck...or they shouldn't if they're built right.

My bow ama got 2280 hp unbuffed, and I ussualy use CTA on switch unless its TvT, then it got 3.4k hp self buffed.

I got 7k ga dmg (1.3k psn dmg) and i'm sure I will beat any of you dex amas out there 100%, please PM me for a duel if interrested. I just registered to answer on this thread, dunno how I got here in the first place.

It's a shame I no longer have a pvp bowie. I'd take down those 3.4k hp in 3 hits, one if I got a high roll/crit off. Chances are you'd be dead before I was ever on your minimap.

You clearly dont know what your talking about :) yeah its really a shame that you dont have your pvp bowie anymore.

Besides barbs aint a problem when using storm + high dmg spear, mb + dodge > if you got a barb, i could show you.

edit: I tried with 170 frw at switch (titans) and you desynch huge, but you have to suffer 20 life sc's for 3 frw's. Not worth it imo. I can desynch fine with 80+ frw.

Getting off any serious damage is impossible with a bow and difficult with javs on switch, it's nigh on impossible to walk out from under a barb with only ~110 frw (with titans).

If the barb goes faster than you do, you're probably screwed. Considering barbs will generally have at least 40% frw from skills, they don't need much item-based to catch you.

Bad barbs, chargers etc. I could kill with walk-away and lighting bolt/fury (240 frw walking away from charge is hilarious, you should try it some day). Against good ones that's not going to happen.

At 9.5k max, I'll give you that it... just... needs more than 1 hit to kill. Deals 3.2k after pvp.

With stormshield and a high dmg eth javalin, u can kill most barbs by just standing still and throwing fury (physical dmg), if they have good equip u can walk around a lil while throwing, and with alot of hp + dodge + mb + good items overall you would kill barbs easily, i only met a few that i couldnt kill, and that wasnt public wannabe-pro barbs.

Eh...as a barb user, the hardest part is getting to the bowa, and that's not too hard if you know what you're doing. Once you're in their face it's game over. Their dodge/evade/avoid/block/etc (No expert on which evasion skills do what, so I'll say them all.) can only protect them for as long as they get the rolls to do so.

In that pic 9kish with merc faith, but that my old build... my current zon @91 has roughly 7k, of course im using max damage/dex charms instead, using a few poison damage charms. With a pallys con i can do roughly 12k on strafe/multi, imagine normal attacks and MA ;)
