ok i keep losing connection and idk why cuz my internet connection isn't disconnecting this just started happening. i have comcast so i dont have a slow computer or dial-up any guess why this is happening

There are many reasons why this could be happening. First and most common is the server is getting overloaded. This happens when you have several players, like a Summon Necro, A Blizz Sorc and a Melee with a torch. Too much information is being passed back and forth and as a protection, the server will just dump the game. Probably a fix to help prevent duping.

Getting disconnected is all to common after the reset, if you have been doing Baal runs then you know what I'm saying. Try these steps to see if it helps to keep the connection going:

* Don't download anything while you play.
* If you use a Blizz Sorc, don't play in games with Summons or active torches, or vice versa.
* Disconnect any firewall you may have active.
* Set the automatic update feature to 4:00 AM.
* Turn off any spyware or virus scanners.
* Play with a fresh restart and modem reset. (reset the modem then boot the computer)
* Look in you system tray, see if any programs are loaded there the use the internet, remove them.

The trick is to Let D2 be the only program you want using the internet while you play. The less traffic you produce, the easier thing will flow.

Wanna explain a little better? You have comcast dsl? Cable? You going through a router? You have other computers 360's PS3's hooked up to the router? Does it only happen when you play Diablo?
