im pretty sure it has 2+skills 20 fcr and many other mods im not really sure of the name or where i can find one

but ireally wanna know if there is a website that sells this type of helm cuz i am REALLY interested!!!

it's a rare.. you can go pick up every yellow circlet/tiara/coronet/diadems and id them.. or gamble.. with some luck, you'll eventually get them =)

why don't you just try Diablo on Hell :) it gave me this (see pic here (http://www.geocities.com/goredeity/gear/helm.jpg))
without the socket anyway :) it does the job and believe me i sold almost all of the assassin gear except for the amulets and beast fist claws (2 to assassin skills). and i got circs with 1 to all skills and faster run/walk and resistances and i don't know what... this is better. :)

Um i'd follow kwittstruck's advice and look it up on LEWT. and frankly I haven't the slightest idea what the item is that you're looking for.
