I just made an Iron Golem out of a an item that had x dmg/AR based on char lvl. Now I asked myself if anybody knows, does this have an effect on the Iron Golem? Does it take the stats I would get from it or does the golem count as lvl 1?

An Iron Golem gets the stats that is on the items you use to summon it :)

I think he's asking if the "based on charcter lvl" mod takes the lvl of his golem or his character when he makes the golem out of that item.

IE:

Iron golem lvl 2, Character lvl 46
does the golem get the lvl 2 or the lvl 46 stats from the "based on char lvl" mod

to answer the question.... i would assume it would be the Golems lvl that would be used. but im not for sure, good question though.

The golem counts as whatever level you summon him at so if you have 1 point into iron golem he is level 1 irregardless of the item level you summon him from. The only thing the item does is transfer properties to the golem.

according to this, character level's the one that matters..

as long as it's one of the transferable properties..
