Can you take a unique that you found, (Shield for example) and socket it three times, (by doing shenk in Norm,Nightmare, and Hell) and then adding ral-ort- tal to it (Ancients Pledge runes) and would that still keep the attributes from the original shield and ADD Ancients Pledge to it?

First, Larzuk won't add sockets to already-socketed items.

Second, you can't make runewords in magic, set, rare, or unique items.
