Hmm, well im not sure as im on classic, but you can read some guides here for something like that or if nothing else, Google is a great friend.

And get that Harmony Blade Bow for your Act 1 merc, for another 36% FRW =)

You can use Enigma for another 40% FRW, i have never tried it, but if you use it along with some FRW Charms you would have around 200% FRW =D I`ve had around 160% ... run like a bullet!

Im not sure what you mean by fast like ias or frw

If its ias the best set up would be
Mat bow
45/120 helm
60/160 body
cats
20 ias gloves
rf and other rare
Nos coil
and I am not sure about boots

It's not faster than teleport (depending on amount of fcr ofc), but it is faster than charge according to this (http://img222.imageshack.us/my.php?image=frwdiminishba3.jpg) page about frw and diminishing returns ;)

20ias/KB crafted gloves
faith Diamond bow (gg min damage FTW!)
2 x 20dex ravenfrosts, or 1x raven/gg dex/min/max/etc ring

inventory full of 3max/xxar/3frw sc's.

I'm pretty sure you hit 7frames without the armor on, so go with Fortitude. For boots, most use War Traveller's for the +damage and nice stats. And replace the Mat. Bow Faith with a Grand Matron Bow Faith. As for the rare ring, if this is a PvM build, I'd go with one with Dual Leech, and +Strength/Dexterity.

i'd actually suggest a Diamond Bow faith over a GMB or a mat bow.

both diamond and mat bows are faster than a GMB, the huge min damage on a diamond bow results in greater average damage.

Whereas a shadow bow has higher average than a diamond bow anyway :p.
