Sfx_'s Bone Caster guide

[Sfx_]

This Guide is for Pvm / PvP (it is mostly directed at PvP)

I)Skill distribution

This certian skill setup is reached at level 90 with all quests done

1 Corpse Explosion(Main Pvm tool )

20 Bone Spirit
1 Bone Armour ( perquisite and ok for taking 800 dmg easy :P)
20 Bone wall
20 Bone cage

1 amplify damage (only curse you need to spam with Corpse explode in Pvm/ makes corpse explode dmg 100% more physical)

//Summoning\\
1 clay golem (great meat shield and can take a couple guided arrows in pvp)
1 golem mastery(Optional just makes your golem tank more hits in pvm)

9 Poision and bone Skill charms (Optional)

1)Kill a few monsters in a group with bone spear
2)Spam amp damage a couple times
3)Use corpse explosion and watch the body's hit the floor like they got the black plague :)
4)If your fighting a strong monster spam cage on it and then your nice and safe for 24 seconds or till it breaks them :P
(For those monsters that are magic immune and fire/ physical immune just run)

This isn't a guide, it is your build for your character. Your character doesn't reach 125fcr, you need another 10fcr. You haven't addressed charms and therefore your current resists would be -15/20/20/20.

You should really max teeth before wall or prison (depending on your preference). The additional damage is helpful against certain characters (ie. windies).

Also if this is a guide directed at PvP, you should really have some dueling strategies.

Let's just take a look shall we. To start Marrowwalks are used by lots of bone necros, then you have a shako or harlequin crest w/e you wanna call it, Enigma for your arm which is used by almost every build. Also White is the ultimate wand for any bone necro and used in almost every elite guide and even crappy ones. Then you have arachnid for your belt, there really isn't any other choice here so yeah that's pretty much cookie cutter too unless you are going for sorb then a tgods would be a good choice. If you have read any other bone necro guide you have probably seen these items at the top of the list and if you didn't then those people didn't know what they were talking about. Not saying you did a bad job b/c the gear choices are good it's just that they ARE "cookie cutter" items.

I have seen plenty of peeps out there use marrows and just the same I was pointing out that those items mentioned were in fact mostly cookie cutter items that he said he wouldn't list.

If you can get some high stats on them, they are some nice boots.

I do prefer treks though. (Decent stats + Fhr)

wow Sarge, that was brutal. but yes i have to agree, it lacks alot. Think not just from your point of view, think from a readers point of view or even the world's most unlucky noob's POV. there are somethings that might not be pliable, like the equipment choices, list alternatives for certain senarios.

one thing i do like is the links to the item info pages, which may be something i add to my guide to save the time in going into detail over items. and speaking of which you missed a few links.

Personally i say use Marrow's if you're going to max block, every point of Dex helps, plus the strength helps a ton.

As for White, its 100% NvN thats it. Use Hoto, Wiz against sorc's for that huge res.
