Nova Sorc Suggestions Please

I am in the process of making a nova sorceress but she seems to die very quickly, where did i go wrong?
My Gear:
P Griff
2 sorc, 10 FCR, mana mods ammy
P Nova Ormus
-53 Eth Poleaxe Infinity
Magefists
10 FCR, 19 str, 4 mana ring
SOJ
Arach
10-13 E Treks

Switch:
9 ES Memory Staff

Inventory:
20-13 S Torch
20-10-6 Anni
1x 12 FHR Light GC
That's all still don't know what mods I'm looking for on the other GCs

Stats:
~10 Str
Rest Energy

I know I haven't finished on the GCs yet, and therefore haven't got ES to lvl 40, but I still seem to die wayyyyy too quickly. Are there any suggestions for my character? Thank you

Your ES should be taking most the damage...unless your mana is really low

Alright well I put none into vitality so my life/mana is 342/1530 (w/o BO still gotta mule over a cta) This is a PvP character. My skills, I maxed light mastery, nova, telekinesis, 1 to warmth, 32 ES with gear and 9 Es memory (8 more gcs and i can hit 40). So with that es, it only absorbs 87% of the damage into mana. Would the GCs make that much of a difference?

Your problem is that you are low in life/mana and yes a lvl 40 ES compared to a lvl 32 makes alot of difference!

Haha yeaa i thought so, would you suggest just the 1 fhr GC then all lifers?

Also hard points in telekenisis lessen the amount of mana used for each point of dmg

You need to increase your mana pool, 1500 i too low. According to me, 2500+ is ideal. You should atleast get 2000 mana. And then get ES maxed and then you'll probably be fine.

Alright thank you, I'm lvl 89 and have spent almost all of my points in energy so far. I think I've only done 1 Lam Essem quest though =/ But what kind of GCs should I be going for after I have 1 FHR?

If you want to PvP the more Fhr the better. When you have reached the 86 fhr bp get skillers with life

If you have 95 ES and around 1000 life you will be fine

Haha yeaa but right now i have like 350 life =D How do you suggest getting that up? SCs and a few lifers couldn't give thatttt much life

btwm you shoukd use atleast one fhr sk, youll be lacking fhr since you dont have spirit,
and the rest of the gcs.. go for lifers or clean, doesnt rlt matter imo.
If you have 95 es, your life pool wont make much of a dirrerence. Increase your mana instead.

well wouldnt u use mana gcs and not lifer gc since the life and mana responsibilities are being flipped around? since the dmg done to life is being transfered to mana 90%+ then wouldnt u want more mana than life?

this might be me just not knoing anything about nova sorcs so dont take any of this as a suggestion.

Idt you can get Mana skiller GCs, but i went with a few FHR skillers, some 5/5 fhr/res scs and got up to the 86 or 89 bp whatever it is. The rest i got like 40+ life skillers and a bmana now still 1 spot left for a sc, im thinking 20/17 life/mana?
