i need a good kicker build

i havent been able to find a good kicker build i know one exist. so if anyone has any experience in these let me know manily for pvp

Do your fair share of work: If you can't put 30 minutes of work into a proposed setup for a character that you want to make, how do you expect us to spoon feed you the best possible solution? You won't learn anything from us telling you what to do. Come up with a build including gear and skills and we'll critique it and point out how to make it better. Make a build proposition and we'll go from there. If you make a thread asking for a full guide without putting in any effort...
Also, you might want to provide some information such as what type of kicker you want to build, (ie: ww/trap/kick hybrid, kick/bow, kick/trap, etc etc) and at what level. Search some other forums for assassin guides and info (http://forums.diabloii.net/forumdisplay.php?f=15), figure out a build, and then we'll see about helping you.

Of course I know of existing builds. That's why I listed them. However, I'm not going to go through all the trouble to search through that link, or in any of the many other forums so I can spoon feed you a build and every single item to use when you could just as easily do it yourself. Pure kickers can work for some things, but aren't very versatile. Come up with a setup you think will work, and we'll help critique it.

Something as simple as a two letter reversal may just be a simple typo. If you're going to cast this kind of tripe, you're setting yourself up for a lot of grief.

hmm if you are ussing dragon talon as a main attack (yes it is a finisher but it is very strong) id advise for crushing blow and open wounds for kickers.

i agree and thats what i was looking for ive come to the conclusion that it would be a bad pvper and an alright pvm

That's not saying it can't be done, nor that it won't be a fun build. My v.melee kicker isn't that versatile, and loses to good zealots, but I still have tons of fun. I posted her stats in the PvP Discussion forum. I would agree that pure kick is weak. You definitely at least need lvl1 wof + mb for stun.

However, if you're not up to the challenge, and don't like losing, and want something that can play well in pubs, definitely don't make a pure kicker. Hybrids work well though.

I guess you too were unwilling to do your own work until you realized that you had posted in this thread here prolly. Well, I'm glad to see you can talk about something you obviously know nothing about. You obviously have no idea what was in that thread. I laid out all the gear options I had come up with, skills, stat placement, possible dilemmas, and then listed the questions I had. In fact, I have it all saved in a word document, since that was originally where I wrote it all down while I was coming up with the idea. I asked for it to be deleted only because a) I had gotten no replies after a good amount of time and b) I decided I wasn't going to make that build anymore. I'll repost it here just for you, so you can see how dumb it makes you look when you try to talk about something you know nothing about:

HLD Bowsin/kicker Hybrid

Helm: perf ber/ber CoA
Armor: Archon plate enigma
Belt: 24fhr/30str/40life/resis rare (or nesferatus)
Wep: Widowmaker (nef’d)
Wep Switch: dweb (will probably um this)/ss
Ring1: rfrost
Ring2: fcr/mana/stat ring?
Ammy: Highlords (or 30 maras or fcr ammy)
Gloves: Trangs
Boots: Upped Gores

Charms: 8x ma/lifers, 1x shadow/lifer, torch, anni, 10x assorted 20life/xxdef and 20life/xx ar scs

Buff gear: 9x shadow gcs, sojs, maras, 2x 3shadow claws, shadow dancers, cta/spirit, shako, 3shadow/str ammy,

Skills:
1 Bos (for lvl 33 bos buff)
6 Dtalon (with gear/charms this should give me lvl 23 dtalon for max ar with 4 kicks)
20 Venom
1 Shadow master
1 MB
20 Fire blast
20 WoF
20 WoI

Stats:
Str: enough to wear gear
Dex: enough for mb with ss
Vit: everything else

A few questions:

1. Assuming I go to level 90, I still have 6 skill points left. Any ideas on where I should put these?

2. One thing I’m not sure about is how many kicks I should get. I’ve heard 4 or 5 are ideal for v.casters. Any preference as to which?

3. I’m also not sure how I’m going to hit the 86%fhr/65%fcr bps. With current setup, I’ll hit 54 fhr (30coa + 24 belt) and 30 fcr (trangs + 1 ring). If I swap out highlords for a fcr ammy I’ll need to use nesferatus coil to hit the 9frame bp which will mean losing fhr/resis/life/stats. Also if I swap out the coa for a fcr helm I’d lose 30resis/30fhr which I’ll need for fighting casters. Also, according to this weapon speed calc, which only goes up to lvl 30 bos, I’d need at least 10ias to hit the 8frame bp with widowmaker and I need 10ias to hit the 7/3/3/3 bp with dweb. However, if I get a fleshripper bos alone will let me hit the 7/3/3/3 bp. I need to keep some source of ias on, but I also need to hit the fcr/fhr bps. Anyone have suggestions?

I could shael/cham the CoA and just hit the 48fhr/5frame bp, then use nosferatus for the 10ias and then 2x fcr/mod rings and a 10fcr ammy, which would give me 60fcr, but that’s still 5fcr away from the 65/11frame bp.

Oh actually I know exactly what you were talking about but i fail to see why you act so asinine to someone now and then post nearly the same thing. I can understand not wanting to do someones work for them but then making a post about how you don't want to do it is rediculous. I honestly don't blame anyone for asking for a link to a good build because some players don't know what to look for in certain builds so hashing through 20 different guides does nothing for them except bring up more questions. NUFF SAID!
