Fury druid, where to spend points?

I'm planning to go for a full fury/werewolf PvP druid, Melee pvp that is.. However I have the difficulty of not knowing where to spend skill and stat points.. a certain guideline would be awesome. I've checked the forums and I liked a couple of builds however I'de like some more input regarding the PvP matter.

How much STR/Vitality/Dex do I need to get to ? I'm planning to use a 1hander and a shield. Where should I spend my skill points? I'm currently looking into maxing Lycanthrope, Werewolf, Fury and Spirit of the Oak. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Max werewolf,fury,oak or HoW, lycan.

Stats should always look the same for evey melee character

str-enough for all gear
Dex- Enough for max block
Vita- Everything else

How much STR and Dex should be enough ? That's the question on my mind... whats a good number to stop at ?

Just add until you hit the exact amount of which your heaviest piece of equipment is.

And for dex keep going until you max block % is 75.

1 point cyclone armour is all I can suggest.

Last thing, and I know this isn't related to builds, but for maximum PvP, which shield is best for a druid ? Unique or Runeword ? and please give the name of the shield or runeword :)
