I've made a PvP Fire Sorc and I am wondering which skill I should max now. I've ofc maxed FBolt,Fball,Meteor,FMastery. And now, I have around 20 skill points to spend. Im thinking of 3 skills, TS, Hydra and a Cold armor. Maybe a mix between the 3 or should I go for one skill ?
What do you guys think?

It's been shown that Chilling Armor will block some missile attacks. You absolutely POSITIVELY want a point in that (more than one doesn't seem to substantially increase the blocking % chance). I've heard the same about Shiver Armor and melee attacks but haven't seen any videos to back that up (worth trying vs. melee opponents though). Do a few duels with Chilling Armor on and it will change the way you view the sorc armor skills completely.
After that I'd put points in Hydra. Hydras are a great way to force camping opponents to move and are a good general annoyance to your opponents. They don't do great damage but they'll do enough that your opponent won't want to just sit there taking fire from them (assuming no sorb duels of course).

Okey, thank you :)
Now when i look at the prereqs for chilling armor, its too many. Ill just put 1 point in frozen armor for some extra defense and then ill go hydra :) ty for response :)

No. NO. NO. It is not too many!!!!! It is a HUGE advantage. Trust me, it will be well worth the points. It's not about the defense boost it gives. It literally blocks missiles like the assassin Weapon Block skill. It's awesome... the biggest one-point wonder for a PVP sorc after Teleport!

the debate on this is still on-going iirc.. lots of mixed reactions on this.
some say it's lag, some say it'll block occasionally, some say they block totally, some say it's all BS..
but no concrete proof is up yet =P
so, to OP, it's all up to your own preference/interpretation on this..

No offense saracen but... HOGWASH!! If you don't have a sorc, watch the youtube videos, they're pretty conclusive.
I personally use Chilling Armor on my PVP lite sorc and I will NEVER, EVER make a PVP sorc without a means of getting CA again.. It's that good. Dueling with it on was a noticable improvement over dueling without it.
It's good enough that I've permanently given up 2 small charms in inventory in order to hold a Snowclash for the +Chillng Armor it provides. It's a royal hassle to swap that with my spider though. If I ever rebuild I will for sure put hard points in Chilling Armor.
@OP: At the very least, get an item with +Chilling Armor. Snowclash, an orb, hard points, whatever, DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET CHILLING ARMOR.

1 in chilling, rest on hydra. They catch a LOT of people off guard. You will get some random kills in pub pkz also. When there is a bunch of people running around like that.
-One of the best PvP Fire Sorcs on USWest NL.
Actually went up against #1 and it was about 50-50.

Experimentally, chilling armour has ~ a 30-35% chance of blocking a missile attack.
Is it worth the 5 skill points to increase your EHP by 50%? If not, why the hell do barbs use BO?

So, Chilling Armor is good enough to spend 4-5 points. Okey, ty for help :)
