ATMA is a SP muling utility but it does have a good drop calculator too. If you download it you can search which monster has the best chance to drop the set item you are after. On the below post is the link to download ATMA and a link to a guide on how to install and use it.

If you are a bnet player only the drop calculator is of any use to you. Just a quick warning, the drop calculator isn't 100% accurate, but it is close enough for most uses.
