Is an "Enchantdin" possible to make?

Okay so I wanted to come up with a whole new type of character build, and didn't want to use the sorceress. So I went to www.d2skills.com, and went straight to the Paladin.

I saw zeal, and I was like hmmm.....an Enchantress uses zeal, maybe the Zeal could use Enchant, and I pretty much wasted 20 minutes looking at all the runewords+exceptional+elite unique swords and NONE of them had atleast +1 to Enchant.

I was wondering if there is ANY item out there that adds +1 to Enchant, if not than my idea is ruined and I'll be sad cuz an Enchantdin sounds so cool.

Well, please respond with an answer, weither I wanna hear the sad truth that there is NO item.... :(

there's no enchant 0skills.
but there are certain items that can grant you high level enchants..

demon limb has lvl23 enchant charges.
obedience runeword has ctc lvl21 enchant on killing enemy

these 2 are the only ones that provide enchant levels above lvl20. there are others like lavagouts, todesfalle etc, but they provide lower levels of enchant =)

just wondering, even with +1enchant, what can you do about it with a paladin?
there's no skill to synergize it. and even with +skills gear, it still pales in comparison to what those items mentioned above can provide =)

enchant's mostly only good for the ar for non-sorcs..

Demon Limb is your best bet. Charges are basically just as good as +skills, since you won't be using it multiple times in a game (unless you stay in it for a long time).

The repair cost will get to be a pain though.

You can use an Ort with any weapon in the Horadric cube to recharge it ^_^

I thought that only repaired the durability, and not the charges.

Anyway, as previous posters said, there really would be no way for you to synergize enchant to actually make it powerful enough to do enough damage in hell.

Ort + Weapon = durability repaired

Ort + Chipped gem + Weapon = durability repaired & Item recharged

For armour replace Ort with Ral and chipped gem with flawed gem.


Anyway, as previous posters said, there really would be no way for you to synergize enchant to actually make it powerful enough to do enough damage in hell.

I use it of the excellent AR boost, damage is just a minor bonus.
