Riftadin question

Hey i have been looking at a few riftadin guides and i really want to make one. I have some questions. I want to make a really gg riftadin but how can i make it better.
My thoughts on gear are
2x dreams, highlords, armor (maybe coh, maybe 60/60?) dracs, and some other goodies and rift.
has anyone made one before and can give me some advice as to the best possible setup?

important thing to note is which attack speed you want.

145ias will net you 8/4 zeal. this is impossible with dual dream setup.

60ias can get you a 9/5 zeal. quite decent. a highlord's + treachery armor can get you there.

45ias will get you 10/5 zeal. any slower than this will net you 6frame follow-up. too slow imo.
