I saw the New Year's Eve performance on the D ick Clark New Year's Rockin' Eve show by Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers and, I don't know about the Jo Bros, but Ms. Cyrus certainly didn't lip sync--she never does in any of her live performances. Some people will tell you she does, but to me it is clearly evident that she does not.

And she looked absolutely breathtaking on that show, on New Year's Eve, by the way.
