This is a cheap and relatively good guide in my opinion, since it IS my first one, it is based on my own summoner. Though i certainly did some revising on the guide itself.

Skills

I distributed my skills in a way that may seem noob... but really i dont think it is[/b]

First, from level 1-35/40 ALL POINTS INTO SKELETONS AND MASTERY (Seem weird? well it worked for me very well)

afterwards, get amp damage/decrep until hell then use iron maiden later on (hell)

that is the general skill layout, i destributed skeles from skele to mastery per level, there is nothing wrong with throwing some curses in early though

items

the longest section is the section that tells you what gear you are best off with =D

Wands

Infernal Torch
Useful very early because of +skills, a nice skele wand from akara will do nicely though

then you should get

gravenspine
Fantastically cheap, with added mana and skills, a must have for level 20-35

then i recommend

Carin Shard
3+ to summon is useful for now, with FCR, hit recov, added life and mana substantially

and then...

Arm Of King Leoric
Without question the best necromancer summoner wand, mine adds 5+ to skeles and mastery, the added curses are also a big help at this point, with FCR and mana, this is what you should shoot for near the end.

And of course, Trangs

Necromancer torch

Anni

summoner GC

3+ summoner amulet OR other more expensive skill adders

marrowwalk for sure

SoJ's

and thats the general idea! my first guide so dont complain about how its typed out or something, dont wanna hear it =]

No strategies or what it does at all. Where's the "Cow" play into this?

You don't include all of the gear options you'll need nor explain what the reasoning is besides the wands.

Skills aren't explained all that well. Skele Mastery/Skeletons/some in curses of your choosing.

Typing a guide out so that people can understand it is why there are good guides and mediocre guides. This isn't really a guide at all.

I didn't even go into specifics.

I would have to agree with omicide on this one, i personally have better unfinished charactor sketches on paper, no offence.

Maybe you should use the manners your mama theoretically taught you.

If you want to post joke/"imagination"/whatever threads, do it in the Off-Topic forum.

If you post up a guide in a Class forum you can expect people to comment on it. If your guide sucks they will tell you. If it's good they'll tell you that too.

It is absolutely, positively not acceptable to post a guide, receive some (very well-deserved, IMO) criticism on it, and then come back with the attitude expressed in the above quote.
