White wand and socket quest

So, could you add 2 sockets to a magic item with this quest or just one? trying to get this wand since HoTO is kind of difficult to trade for for me right now.

You can socket magic items...but you can't make runewords in magic/rare/set/uniques.

This runeword was made for Bone cros. If you're lucky enough to find a +3 Bone Spirit (and/or Bone Spear if you're REALLY lucky) wand with two open sockets...you're all set.

Are those stats attainable on a common wand? I assumed that stat's like that were only on magic+ quality?

yeah regular white wands can have those and more mods. theyre just xpensive to buy and repair.

just remember that some types of wands can only get 1 socket. so check up on those so that you don't waste any larzuk quest.

What LVL is those white wands spawn at, just curious myself, cause im at lvl 55 and still havnt found one.
