Characters dont show up

Ok I was getting a bug rush in act 1 Nm and then it was extremly laggy, lost conection and then put at the main screen of D2 that gives your the option of SP or Bnet. I put in the PW for my acc and then when it comes up no chars are listed. I checked my other accs and SP is working. After this I rebooted my computer and still it doesnt work. If you can help please do...

this happens to me offtenly just keep trying to enter works for me after about 2 times

Character servers being rebooted or are busy

It is possible the character server received too many requests at one time and may need a few minutes before it will be able to get your character information. The most common time for this to happen is right after a server is brought back online after maintenance or rebooting.

I guess it's a common issue. Who knew.
