leveling

What stats if any actually increase and by how much when you "level up"? I know that you get attribute points and a skill point but does anything else change.
Thanks in advance for answering a question that has probably already been ansered a few times-cept I couldn't find it.

U get one skill point, 5 att points and ur mb goes down 1% i think.

It's max block. I dont think it goes down by 1% since its too many other factors involved. Char level, amount of dex invested, block% on shield. But it does go down unless you over statted dex.
