My dungos is 40vit 11dr, which IS low DR but...mine's about 3hrs. Better DR (12-14) would be 4 hrs. 40 Vit and 15 DR (which is perfect) is 5 hrs
You don't really need a perfect one though, settle for a 13 or 14. People are realy anal about perfect stuff...but if you're willing to give up just 1 or 2 points of something, it'll be so much cheaper...

I would say a 40-11 for 3hrs would be a hard trade it was hard enough to trade my 40-12 for an ele gc, I'd put a low DR at about 2 hrs, 3hrs for 13, 5hrs for perf maybe more
