Level 60, nm or hell baal?

I usually nm baal till about 70-75 but someone told me that hell baaling is better at my level. Maybe even chaos?

60 is fine. All you need is someone to rush you past ancients.

At level 53 you won't even get the level up from Hell Ancients. Might as well wait until you are 60. But like it has been said before, If you don't have someone rushing you wait until you're in the 70's. NM Baal runs are still very effective after 60 though.

60 is good, for hell baals, however, to move very quickly up levels, i'd suggest you join chaos hell runs.

Well, the easiest, most reliable way to get from lvl 60-75 is probably nm baal runs. It is so fast(~1-2 hours) to get to~70 or so in nm baals that it is your most uncomplicated, straightforward way to go.
Now if u have a friend or nice person that will definately give u a hell rush then u have the hell chaos vs hell baal question. @~lvl 75-lvl79 lvling slows down dramatically in nm baals. I believe lvl 80 is the highest i ever got in nm baals. But of course, that was just to see if i could do it and was a big waste of time.
The fastest way to do it is probably something like hell chaos from lvls 25-75, then hell baals after that. BUt the big problem is good (orany) hell chaos runs are often not available. So the amouint of time u waste waiting for someone to bug rush u past nm baal, and time wasted looking for chaos runs may outweigh the time u saved by lvling faster in hell than in nm.
Beware of people wanting to use u to bug -rush another char past baal and promising a free rush in the next difficulty. sometimes they will use ur baal quest to bug rush them selves or friends and then say haha sucker to u and leave. then u have the problem that u cant see baal runs anymore(in your games to join list) and u may be too weak to rush yerself thru that next difficulty . . . . Once u get to lvl 25 It would probably be worth it to u (if u can afford to give something nice or your hellforges) for a full rush and a couple of hell chaos runs. note: before lvl 25 hell chaos xp is sucky.
So, u can do den of evil to get skil point and get to ~4, trist to 15, act2/tombrunto lvl~21, cow to lvl 25 ( if u cant find cow game; tomb to ~ 22 , then just kill some stuff in act3 to get to 25. Then u can chaos for a few lvls , but usually people just do baals as soon as they can. (xp must be better for a wider range of char lvls).

NM Baal can actually boost your level up also :)

Uber leveling is the fastest way to level. On a good day, with good spawns, little lag and few/non connection interuptions you can get from 1-90 in about ~1-1,5 hours.

wow how do u write tht much. anyway the way i do it is by getting grushed up to hell and i am bout lvl 3 at tht time. i do chaos until 60 then get the baal q and do baals from there. very simple
