jewels Q?

Hey i was wondering if its possible to get a 24 max dmg jewel for lvl 30 lld if not what is the max dmg jewel you can get?

I do believe 24 is the max for level-30-or-less jewel.

24 is the highest possilbe max dmg you can get on an lld jewel, however, the best overall damage you can hope for is 12-18dmg (equivalent of 30 max dmg) IIRC. However, i have yet to see a jewel close to this.
