Hi!
Im currently working on a Shape Shifting druid using werewolf and Feral Rage (i think its called, the one with life leech) as main attack and im pretty close to completion.
Some of the few things im still not quite sure about is my weapon. I am playing on none ladder so I know my limits.
Ive tried BotD and beast, both bieng 2h. And a BA Last wish, and so far BotD has been working best for me, but what about a 2h Last Wish? Knowing that most people dont even consider making a 2h Last Wish, finding one in None Ladder is probably pretty much impossible, but still I just couldn't get it out of my mind.
And one of the reason why I want a 2h instead of 1h and shield is because I get higher damage for my life leech and i dont really needs teh stats from a shield so far into my build.
One of the few things Last Wish have wich is just super for my druid is the chance to score life tap (a must on undeads wich cant be life leeched, like Mephisto). The high crushing blow, allways useful to get down the enemy fast. Chance to get fade when struck, also very useful against Uber Mephisto because of the reduce resistance aura thingy thing. Lvl 17 might when equiped, if someone can tell me how much extra damage i get from this it would be awesome. And finaly ignore targets defense, wich is so super nice (one question about it though, when I have it my chance to miss still comes from level diffrences and the 5% allways chance to miss, but can I score out the level diffrence from attack rating? or does it only agaisnt defense?).
Now, if a 2h last wish really is possible to find, wich weapon should it be made off? Now my first thoughts were on Colossus Blade and Glorius Axe. Now the one thing last wish doesnt have wich I need is attack speed, so depending on wich one of theese is faster than the other, thats the one I want, or if they are teh same then Glorious Axe is ofcourse the sanest choice. But when you look at rune words it sais that last wish can be made from hammers, and when you also look at hammer description it sais that they are mauls and some other shiet. And that leads me to another question, is Thunder>>MAUL<< a hammer or a mace? Because most people say mace but it just doesnt make sense, and it it were a hammer then its definatly going to be my choice, if there is one btw.
As for attack speed, some people say its only possible to get attack speed from the weapon when you are using shape shift, and other items such as jalals and highlord wont provide ****, so that leads me to my last question, is that true? Cause if it is it is a real bummer.
Ofcourse I could start the druid on ladder, just that making the items there would be a pain since all my Hrs are on none ladder.
