I don't know prices because I don't deal in high runes or play Europe so bear with me. They're just my opinion.

Personally, I don't think you could much if anything for this. It's not that bad of a weapon but I don't think anybody uses them.

Runewords are better in almost every case unless you wanted to make a two hand barb. Windhammer's mods are decent for starting out, I just doubt it's worth anything.
