For which build?

For a hammerdin, a targe spirit is less expensive but just as good as hoz.

for a smiter you don't want either

For a zealer you would probably use hoz

PvM or PvP?

Hammerdin - pvm/pvp - Spirit Targe.

Smiter - Pvm - eth Vortex Exile
- PvP - Up'd HoZ

Zealer - PvM - Eth Vortex Exile
- PvP Pheonix in some sort of Pally shield.

I know the hammerdin and Smiter shields are correct, the zealer ones im not 100% sure of, someone correct me if i am wrong.

Why isn't HoZ good for a smiter? It's pretty much the only GM choice of shield for PvP smiters...unless you make some sort of custom socketed pally shield. Even then, I don't see it being better than HoZ.
