I'm not entirely sure what the exact question is here but the gains of Evades % diminish durastically like most Passive skills. At 1 point it will evade 18% of the time. At 5 it will evade 37% of the time. At 10 points it will evade 47% of the time and when maxed will evade 56% of the time. I would recommend only putting in a point into Dodge/Avoid/Evade and let your +skills take care of it. If you're lacking +skills you might want to put a few points in each.

Richard is correct; more than a few points in D/A/E will be a waste. You can squeeze a few percentage points out of them with a serious investment, but there are so many better places to drop spare skill points on a bowazon than losing them to diminishing returns.

on d/e/a 50/60/50 is what you want to shoot for. 65 for critical strike. But with a bowazon your going to have a lot of extra points. So if you want to waste them there, feel free to.

My bowa build:
i put 10 on each D/E/A, since you wont really use bow gc's use passive gc's.if ur pvp this will really save you.do the math
10 base
+9 from gcs
+3 from torch
+1from anni
+2(if u use faith)
+1(if u use a soj)
+1 (if u use highlords, tho cats eye is better)
+2 ( if u use shako, tho a 120/45 is better)
with just that you have best dodge. right?
They will be lvl 29 with this gear
with best gear they will be=lvl 26 not bad either.

Unless you are going to be investing most all your points (in the case of a meleezon or a poison javazon) in the passive and magic skills, 1 to 4 points in dodge, avoid, and evade is usually plenty.

Personally i like to put jsut 1 point on each and let the +skills take em up. Yon can get to lvl 7 easily in each with just 6+skills and thats 15 points that you can use elsewhere, think about it :)
