Just found a soc 4 scepter with 2+ FOH skills! Can I use it for anything good on a FOH'er?

You can use it, but it's pretty damn useless.

You would want to find a scepter with at least +3 FOH and 0/5 socets. (only War Scepter, Divine Scepter and Caduceus can have 5 sockets).
